UBC's Next Pharmacy First Professional Degree Program Task Force

Task Force Mission

To develop and implement a new pharmacy first professional degree program at UBC which commences in September 2016. The program will prepare pharmacists as medication therapy experts who care about improving their patients’ health, who are competent to practice pharmacy to the full scope and adapt as this expands, and who are equipped to lead in reshaping the profession. This program will fulfill all the criteria to be called a professional doctoral (Pharm.D.) degree.
