Summary

Description
English: Traditional Indigenous health and wellness knowledge is passed down from generation to generation through stories shared by Elders. These stories teach youth the principles of the 4 R's (Respect, Responsibility, Reciprocity, and Relevance) to empower youth in taking ownership over their health and wellness using culturally relevant ways of knowing.
