*Portfolios - When adding a description to a personal artifact, the formatting bar is hidden with "Press Tab to enter the content editor. For the toolbar, press ALT+F10 (PC) or ALT+FN+F10 (Mac)." text. Sometimes this text doesn't appear at all. Sometimes the formatting bar is there.
