Evaluation topic sentence

.When the effects of cyber bullying are not limited to depression, but life-threatening, laws should be used to prevent them.

Cyber bullying has a negative impact on the diversity of young people. Depression is the most common of these effects. Due to the popularity of the Internet, cyber bullying has a strong universality, and the hidden nature of cyber bullying makes it difficult to detect, and the young people who are vulnerable to the heart are vulnerable to such oppression.

In the absence of a sound system to identify this social problem, and there is no better way to protect young people, how to deal with depression in the state of cyber bullying, how to deal with cyber bullying implementer, these all need to face the social problem.

The solution targets the young people themselves, enhances the psychological endurance of young people, and strengthens the social responsibility of young people to avoid cyber bullying. In addition to this is the establishment of laws to limit such phenomena, and the criminal responsibility of the parties can effectively deter such part of the responsibility.

The advantage of such a solution is that it protects the adolescents in an all-around way, whether from external reasons or the psychological protection of the teenagers themselves, even if they are cyber bullying, there will be supporting laws to protect them.

Cyberbullying is a problem that many youths encountered when using social network, especially women. The development of technology has enabled youth to have more ways to communicate, however it has also brought many adverse effects towards its users, for example cyberbullying (Cénat 2014)<ref name=":1">{{Cite journal|last=Cénat, Hébert, Blais, Lavoie, Guerrier, Derivois|first=Jude, Martine, Martin, Francine, Mireille, Daniel|date=2014|title=Cyberbullying, psychological distress and self-esteem among youth in Quebec schools|url=|journal=Journal of Affective Disorders|volume=|pages=8|via=}}</ref>. The research data shows that social networking sites have a negative impact on the mental health of high school students, which will lead to psychological problems, or even suicide (Hamilton 2015)<ref name=":2">{{Cite journal|last=Kanyinga, Hamilton|first=H., H.A.|date=2015|title=Social networking sites and mental health problems in adolescents: The mediating role of cyberbullying victimization|url=|journal=European Psychiatry|volume=|pages=1021|via=}}</ref>. Cyberbullying is defined as the use of email, cell phone, or text messaging to threats, harassment or social exclusion the victim. Nearly a quarter of teenagers have experienced cyberbullying, and women are among those who are more likely to be bullied (Sampasa-Kanyinga 2015)<ref>{{Cite journal|last=Sampasa-Kanyinga, Hamilton|first=Hugues, Hayley|date=2015|title=Use of Social Networking Sites and Risk of Cyberbullying Victimization: A Population-Level Study of Adolescents|url=|journal=Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking|volume=|pages=704|via=}}</ref>. So, cyberbullying towards women is a serious problem that can not be neglected.

Adolescent women have higher risk of getting psychological stress and mental problem when using social networks (Hamilton 2015)<ref name=":2" />. Since network communication can lead to loneliness, depression and even Internet addiction. Internet addiction has three salient features, which are negative performance, forced use and prominence. Furthermore, these problems will lead to psychologically unsuitable (Hamilton 2015)<ref>{{Cite journal|last=Kanyinga, Hamilton|first=H., H.A.|date=2015|title=Social networking sites and mental health problems in adolescents: The mediating role of cyberbullying victimization|url=|journal=European Psychiatry|volume=|pages=1022|via=}}</ref>. In the past year, nearly one-fifth of boys and one-quarter of girls have received at least one cyberbullying. According to Cénat's research data, women have been bullied 1.5 times more than men. (Cénat 2014)<ref name=":1" /> . In conclusion, it is obvious that the problem of getting cyber violence is more serious towards women.

For female adolescents, a wide range of protection is needed, including educational media promotion, school help project, parents’ supervision and help, legislative protection, as well as adequate medical help, especially mental health testing and interventions based on evidence (Elias boujaoude, 2015)<ref>{{Cite journal|last=Aboujaoude, Savage, Starcevic, Salame|first=Elias, Matthew, Vladan, Wael|date=2015|title=Cyberbullying: Review of an Old Problem Gone Viral|url=|journal=Journal of Adolescent Health|volume=|pages=10|via=}}</ref>. For teenagers themselves, one way get rid of the mental health problem is to visit a professional psychologist. Professional psychologist plays a significant role during the process of solving mental health problem for teenagers since teenagers might feel more comfortable to talk with them than with their parents about their struggling (Elias boujaoude, 2015)<ref>{{Cite journal|last=Aboujaoude, Savage, Starcevic, Salame|first=Elias, Matthew, Vladan, Wael|date=2015|title=Cyberbullying: Review of an Old Problem Gone Viral|url=|journal=Journal of Adolescent Health|volume=|pages=15|via=}}</ref>. When these protection programs are functioning correctly, it is possible to protect teenagers, especially women, to avoid injuries from cyberbullying.

In terms of traditional legal protection, only when the victim (usually female) has been injured, legal aid can then be implemented. Thus various forms of actions avoiding cyberbullying before happening are necessary and essential, especially for female teenagers. (Elias Aboujaoude 2015)<ref>{{Cite journal|last=Aboujaoude, Savage, Starcevic, Salame|first=Elias, Matthew, Vladan, Wael|date=2015|title=Cyberbullying: Review of an Old Problem Gone Viral|url=|journal=Journal of Adolescent Health|volume=|pages=16|via=}}</ref>.For young women, when using social media, only gaining protection from laws might not be enough. Since for traditional legal protection, only when the victim (usually female) has been injured, legal aid then can be implemented. However, the victim might already have been hurt irreparably. Thus various forms of actions avoiding cyberbullying before happening are necessary and essential, in order to minimize the damage that cyberbullying will cause. This might require a certain amount of money, but is worthy. In the long run, this can guarantee a better future for all, especially for women.

Research data shows that social networking sites have an impact on the mental health of high school students, including many psychological problems, even suicide (Hamilton 2015). Cyber bullying defined as the use of email, cell phone, text messaging or threats, harassment or social exclusion on the Internet. Nearly a quarter of teenagers have been cyber bullying, and women are among those who are more likely to be bullied (Sampasa-Kanyinga 2015).

Adolescent women have higher psychological stress, and the use of social networks will be more closely related to psychological problems, which will be more apparent in women (Hamilton 2015). Network communication can lead to loneliness and depression, and research has proven the addictive nature of SNSs. Internet addiction has three salient features, negative performance, forced use and prominence. The impact it will be greatly psychologically unsuitable (Sampasa-Kanyinga 2015). Nearly one-fifth of boys and one-quarter of girls have received at least one cyber bullying in the past year. The experience of being bullied by cyber is more helpful than predicting the self-confidence and mental state of the victim compared to other types of bullying (Cénat 2014). According to the data, women are bullied 1.5 times more than men. (Cénat 2014)<ref name=":1" /> The impact of cyber violence is also more severe on women.
=== Feasibility assessment of protecting cyber bullying adolescents in different cultural contexts ===
Cyber bullying also has a wide-ranging impact on young people in Canada. Even in different cultural contexts and living conditions, adolescents face much cyber violence. When we set the variables to age, gender, average online hours per day, access to the Internet in private places, online privacy issues, online for social purposes, and motivation for cyber bullying, it is analyzed that in different cultural backgrounds, even the cyber bullying is different, but the damage is very similar. (Shapka, J. D., Onditi, H. Z., Collie, R. J., & Lapidot‐Lefler, N. 2018) Increased social engagement can have a significant impact on depression or other adverse psychological conditions that provide essential information for early intervention. (Lin, L. y., Sidani, J. E., Shensa, A., Radovic, A., Miller, E., Colditz, J. B., . . . Primack, B. A. 2016)

Adolescents between Canada and Tanzania are exposed to cyber violence. The relationship between the use of social media and depression in a sample of social media's representative young people. Social media usage is assessed by self-reported social media total time, weekly visits, and global frequency scores. All associations between social media and depression have a strong response trend. The use of social media is significantly associated with an increase in depression. (Lin, L. y., Sidani, J. E., Shensa, A., Radovic, A., Miller, E., Colditz, J. B., . . . Primack, B. A. 2016) Our results show that the measurement and prediction models of both cyber bullying and cyber victimization (CBCV) consistently provide excellent flexibility for both countries. (Shapka, J. D., Onditi, H. Z., Collie, R. J., & Lapidot‐Lefler, N. 2018) Examine the construction of cyber bullying as a Canadian social problem. The main social problem framework is that these problems will be misunderstood by society. (Felt, M. 2017)

In a good social environment, people will not produce too Many negative feelings., when people are unable to find a suitable way to vent when the social environment oppresses them, cyber bullying will become a way of venting without cost. By bullying others, you can also vent your negative feelings.
This phenomenon is not limited to local young people in North American countries, even in cross-cultural situations. It is also described in the literature that young people from Tanzania are also subject to cross-cultural bullying. The universality of cyber bullying is not only among the local young people in North America, but those who live on this land will be affected by people who access the network. In North America, the same situation exists in cities like New York, and in the absence of legal restrictions, New York youth who are highly educated are also exposed to cyber violence. From this, it can be inferred that cyber violence has a specific relationship with the level of education, but more importantly, the social environment, in a good social environment, people will not produce too many negative feelings. Therefore, when people are unable to find a suitable way to vent when the social environment oppresses them, cyber bullying will become a way of venting without cost.

It is generally adolescents who have distinct responses to cyber bullying, because adolescents have not yet established a correct and proper worldview, and they do not have strong psychological endurance. Levels, so the impact of cyber bullying is manifested in them. The solution targets the young people themselves, enhances the psychological endurance of young people, and strengthens the social responsibility of young people to avoid cyber bullying. In addition to this is the establishment of laws to limit such phenomena, and the criminal responsibility of the parties can Effective deter such part of the responsibility. The advantage of such a solution is that it protects the adolescents in an all-around way, whether from external aspects or the psychological protection of the teenagers themselves, even if they are cyber bullying, there will be supporting laws to protect them.

By bullying others, you can also vent your negative feelings. .When the effects of cyber bullying are not limited to depression, but life-threatening, laws should be used to prevent them.

The disadvantage is that the cyber bullying incident itself is difficult to define, and the concealment is high, making it difficult for us to find such an event.
