Sandbox:Digital Humanities/Case Study/Juxta

From UBC Wiki

Investigate uses of Juxta, an open-source tool for comparing two versions, or "witnesses," of the same text. Learn about some of its applications for scholarly purposes, as well as non-scholarly purposes. Bonus activity: create a free account with Juxta Commons to use Juxta on the web and explore the revision history of a Wikipedia article of your choosing. To add your first source text, copy and paste the url of the article into the address bar beside the Wikipedia logo, then click 'link article.' Now add your second source text; an earlier revision of the same article. Copy and paste the same url again, but this time click 'link revisions.' Scroll back through dates and select something at random or one of interest. Follow the user guide here to continue.
