Where is Information Coming from
Entries and audio in this dictionary come from speakers. Entries are augmented with information from the Malecite-Passamaquoddy Dictionary compiled by John Dyneley Prince in the early 20th century from language consultant Lewis Mitchell, as well as fieldwork by Albert S. Gatschet dated to 1896 and housed in the Canadian Museum of History.
