I really liked the information on your page you did a great job constructing it, you might want to change the font size on some of it as it is quite hard to read: otherwise great job! Jake Lanferman

Nice first draft. I enjoyed reading about your topic.

One comment that I have, which I hope helps in your revisions, is that it is unclear if you have a specific population that you are focusing on. Are you focused on the debate of sterilization in contemporary Canada/USA? - You could include reasons/motives for sterilization (Why would anyone willingly choose such a permanent form of birth control?)

Are you focused on sterilization outside of North America? - Perhaps you could talk about the difference in motives that people have for sterilization in other parts of the world - Perhaps you could discuss the imposition of sterilization (China: One Child Policy) Are you focused on sterilization in the present only, or could you talk about sterilization in the past? - Perhaps you could discuss the involuntary sterilization of the mentally ill/disabled in the past, and the injustice of this situation.

I hope my comments were of use.

Thanks, Eric Mann

This is an extremely interesting topic and I really enjoyed how you went into detail regarding the differences in sterilization rates and policies between different provinces. I would suggest further explaining the reasons for low male sterilization rates and potentially going into detail explaining the reasons for this large gender difference. In addition, it may be beneficial to find statistics regarding male sterilization rates compared to female sterilization rates to really make the point. I think that this would help to further understand sterilization as a whole.
