Very unique topic! As someone who currently works in the immigration field, I think you have done a wonderful job of summarizing the program. I find one issue that is of concern to those immigrating to Canada, whether temporary workers or any other immigration, is the difficulty in accessing information regarding ones application or the difficulties faced by employers when attempting to renew and application. Additionally, you touched on the Live in Caregiver program, however it is worth noting that this program (as of 2014) no longer exists, applicants apply to the same pool as any other immigrant looking to work in the province, thereby extending the processing process for individuals of this category.

Great topic and very interesting analysis. I think you've done a great job thoroughly examining this topic. Maybe you could outright discuss intersectionality a bit more broadly with regard to this topic? However, this is a small critique, great job!
