Shutdown Cleaning

1. Discard any remainder of the sample in the nozzle and run "Wash Flush Strong" at least twice.
2. Run "Wash Tray Station" to wash the nozzle with 0.5% SciClean 8. The SciClean solution must have been prepared the same day. The recommended concentration is 0.5%, and can be obtained by adding 50 μL of SciClean 8 to 1 mL of filtered water. The solution must be discarded at the end of the day.
3. Run "Wash Flush Strong" again.
4. Close the software. Please be patient, the software may take some time to close as it writes the setting and log files on the disk.
5. Once the software is closed, shut down the computer.
6. Turn off the power bar.
7. Discard system fluid left in the system fluid bottle. You can recycle it by discarding it in the "Wash Water" carboy.
8. Discard the contents of the waste carboy if applicable.
