Intercultural Service and Training for Flight Attendant in Canada and Japan

I am really interested in a flight attendant, so I decided to examine the service and training of it. I have had a dream to be a flight attendant since I was 10 or 11 years old, and I took a plane to go to the United States when I was 14 years old. It was the first time to take a plane for me. At that time, my image of a flight attendant was very good, but actually, the image of North West's flight attendant was different after I take a plane for the first time. I guess that the view of these may be different by people where they are from. Now I am collecting the results of my survey, however, I can expect the result about the Japanese training because some participants answered "service by a Japanese flight attendant is very good or good ". Therefore, the flight attendants who offer the passengers a good service experienced the hard training to be a flight attendant.

Someone says that there is no big difference between Japanese and not Japanese.

I think Japanese flight attendants have rules about their hair style and the way of making up. However some flight attendants who belong to companies that is located to other countries so not have these rules or it is not so strict.

It may be because Japan attach greater importance to quality of services than other countries in the world.

Flight Attendant is regarded as golden job. They think that it is really important to keep great service. Therefore, their training is strict. Japanese people have the culture of treatment. This culture is a symbol of Japanese airline service.
