Help talk:Linking to UBC Library Material

I propose changing the initial statement from:

Copyrighted material should never be uploaded to the UBC Wiki.

to something like

Only upload materials that you own the copyright to or have permission to share.

I'm thinking of the Creative Commons stuff and those who actually own the materials.

Yeah, that wording is better. I'll make the change.
