By default, WeBWork will email all instructors and/or TAs that have email addresses listed in the system.

If you want to have the email only sent to a specific person, e.g. TA, you can follow these instructions to change email settings according to your needs:

  1. At the bottom of the left menu, click into “Course Configuration”.
  2. Click on “Email” on the top horizontal menu.
  3. Next to “E-mail feedback from students automatically sent to this permission level and higher” (located in the fourth row), select "nobody" from drop-down menu.
  4. Enter in the TA’s email address which should receive student emails in the “Additional addresses for receiving feedback e-mail” field. Email address entries can be separated by commas.
  5. Select “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
