The Feed cache duration can only get set in the CLF Advanced theme.

  1. Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Options
  2. Select the Display Options TAB and scroll down to 'Feed Cache'
  3. Enter the duration in Minutes, and save your theme options.
