Note that instructors retain ownership and control over all uploaded material. Content can be removed or modified at will and is shared under one of four levels of access—everyone (i.e., available to the public), people with UBC CWLs, students taking courses in the faculty, or current course participants.

To upload exam prep files:

  1. Log in to exams.elearning.ubc.ca with your UBC CWL.
  2. Click "Upload New" in the main navigation bar.
  3. Fill in the required fields (marked with an asterisk).
  4. Read the license and check off your consent.
  5. Click the "Browse" button and choose the file you wish to upload.
  6. Click the "Save" button to add the information and file to the database.
