Digital Tattoo: Pre-Workshop Survey

Note: The following survey questions were provided at the beginning of the Digital Tattoo: Think Before You Ink presentations in the fall of 2017 and the survey is now closed. The goal of the surveys (both this pre-workshop survey and the post-workshop survey) was to measure any changes in teacher candidates' confidence in relation to their digital identities and decision-making.
