Adding Public Calendars

Mac #Office 2011 #Entourage 2008

Mac

Office 2011

  • With Outlook open, go to Tools and select Public Folders
  • In the Folder Browser, find the folder entitled "Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology" and click to expand
  • Select the Room or Staff Calendar you wish to add and click Subscribe
  • All done! The calendar you selected will now appear in your Outlook Calendar View

Entourage 2008

  • With Entourage open, locate your Exchange account in the Folder list and expand Public Folders by clicking on the folder or the Arrow icon
  • Locate the folder "Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology" and expand by clicking
  • Select the room or staff calendar you wish to add by clicking once
  • Right-click the calendar and select "Subscribe"
  • That\’s it! The calendar will now appear in your Calendars shown in your Calendar View

Windows

Office 2010: Windows XP and higher

  • With Outlook open, click on the Folder list icon
  • In the folder list, find Public Folders, and double click to expand
  • Locate the folder All Public Folders and expand by double clicking
  • Scroll down to find Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology and expand
  • Select the Room or Staff Calendar you would like to view by clicking on the title once
  • That\’s it! If you would like to add the Calendar as favorite
    • Right Click the calendar
    • Select Add to Favorites
    • Confirm the name of the Calendar and select Add
    • The selected Calendar will now appear in your Calendar View
