Neuroanatomy at UBC is a website that includes photographs, diagrams, illustrations, MRI scans, and 3D reconstructions of functionally important parts of the human brain. The website is maintained by Dr. Claudia Krebs, a senior instructor in the Department of Cellular and Physiological Sciences at UBC.

All content on the Neuroanatomy at UBC website is licensed under a CC BY-NC-SA 2.5 license. This license permits you to copy, distribute, and adapt the content without permission, provided (1) that you attribute the content to its creators, (2) that you use the work for non-commercial purposes, and (3) that, if you adapt and then distribute the work, you do so under the same CC license.

Searching, Downloading, & Embedding

Searching
  1. No search interface. Choose a category from the left-hand navigation pane, then browse the available images.
  2. Alternately, you can search the site by typing your search terms into Google, and then placing the site: operator at the end of your query (e.g., cranial nerves site:http://neuroanatomy.ca/index.html).
Downloading
  1. Click on an image to view the full-size version and any accompanying information.
  2. Right click the image and select “Save image as.”
Embedding

No embedding option.
